AI planning inputs

Device and app usage information

  • authentication tokens

How Remindr Uses Information

How Information Is Stored

Remindr uses backend services hosted by Amazon Web Services to store account and schedule data. This may include services such as AWS Lambda and Amazon DynamoDB. Remindr may also keep limited on-device cached data to improve performance and responsiveness.

Subscription and Payment Information

When Remindr Pro is purchased through Apple, payment processing is handled by Apple. Remindr does not receive full payment card details. Remindr may store subscription status and entitlement information so Pro access can be restored on supported devices.

Email Verification and Password Reset

Remindr may send verification or password reset messages to confirm account ownership and help users regain access.

Sharing of Information

Remindr does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as needed with service providers that support the app’s operation, such as Apple for subscriptions and sign-in, Google when Google sign-in is used, and AWS for hosting and storage.

Data Retention

Remindr keeps information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
